Beechcroft (Birkenhead)
Beechcroft is an elegant and spacious red brick house, set amidst landscaped gardens in Oxton, an attractive and established residential suburb of Birkenhead on the Wirral Peninsula, an area renowned for its interest and natural beauty.
Broadway (Clubmoor)
Broadway Nursing and Broadway Residential are both single storeyed and share the site of a former school. The building retains many of the features of the former school, like the assembly and recreational halls, being adapted for use to provide communal areas for residents.
Courtfield Lodge (Ormskirk)
Courtfield Lodge comprises a residential and dementia residential care home, registered for 70 residents. The home provides 61 bedrooms, 52 singles and 9 twin/doubles. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and WC's.

Fernlea is a magnificent building, built approximately 1910, which was formerly the home of Sir Douglas Crawford, Lord Lieutenant of Merseyside and head of the world famous biscuit company.

Orchard Nursing and Orchard Residential has been created within a group of four spacious and well appointed Victorian houses built around 1840, which were once the dormitories for Huyton Girls College.
